How to Create Your Own Personalized Imprinted Floaty Pens BARREL IMPRINTING allows you to customize FLOATY pens when you need them fast and you only need a few. Here are the basics: Costs The prices are variable, so we send you a quote as soon as we have some details about what you're looking to do, when you need the pens, in what quantities and styles. NOTE: the pen price does come down from retail because we can offer you bulk discount. Time Frame Normally, we can do the entire process within 2-3 weeks, assuming everything you want is in stock. Please give us as much lead time as possible -- to make absolutely certain we have what you want in the color you want. (Our production time on Floaty pens is up to 7 weeks.) Quotes include cost of the pens, imprint fee, plate charge & a shipping estimate. Pick One Pen Design or Several You can customized any pen or an assortment of pens from our online catalog . Minimums: Minimum quantity for imprinting is 100 pens  Designing Your Personalized Pen Choose Ink Imprint & Pen Barrel Colors: Standard ink colors for the imprint are black, white, red, metallic gold & metallic silver - and these do not cost any extra money; Matching a PMS color for the imprint is possible, but will add $16-18.00 to your overall cost; You can choose one barrel color or an assortment ; as long as the barrel color works with the imprint color of your choice. We can help out and suggest the best colors for the pen designs or your special occasion, The Layout of the Type: We can do it all for you, or you can submit a logo or layout for us to work with. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE to have Floaty Industries to do the layout for you. We either need you to submit a clean, camera-ready piece of art (via email's fine), or the exact wording you want, spelled out. In the latter case we will email (can you open a .pdf file?) or fax you several typestyles to choose from. (NOTE: If you have a certain font you'd like to use, let us know and we'll work with you.) Maximum of three (3) lines for imprinting. The length of the final artwork on the pen is approximately one inch (1"). Don't write an essay, or it will end up microscopic. We have plenty of samples and experience and can coach you to get the best look . Once we've decided on the type style and content, the pen barrel color(s) and ink imprint color, we're ready to go to print One thing however; we cannot go to print on your customized floaties until payment is received.
